我们的研究聚焦于纳米功能材料的设计和精准材料生物学技术,探究不同材料的物理学、化学效应之间的关联性和互作机制,以获得新的材料功能和性质,从而为生物成像、疾病治疗和生理功能调控提供高选择性、低侵入性的精准策略。研究方向包括: 1. 温敏发光纳米探针用于光热治疗微观温度监控 2. 免疫细胞特异性靶向的纳米复合材料用于免疫成像和治疗 3. 新型声学、磁学响应材料的开发 Our research focuses on developing functional-nanomaterials-based precise biotechnology. We aim to achieve bioimaging, disease treatment, and physiological function regulation in a minimally invasive and highly selective fashion by using nanocomposites with luminescent, thermal, magnetic, and acoustic properties. The main research directions include, 1. Temperature-sensitive luminescent nanoprobe for microscopic temperature monitoring; 2. Immune cells selective nanocomposite for immunoimaging and therapy; 3. Development of new acoustic and magnetic responsive materials
